WHAT’S ON THE MENU:
A traditional Tico breakfast is a hearty and delicious meal that includes gallo pinto (a mixture of rice and black beans with onions and spices), along with fried or scrambled eggs, corn tortillas, fried cheese, sour cream, fresh fruits, sweet plantains, and a steaming cup of rich Costa Rican coffee.
